The Hotel Felice was a very nice hotel for the price. Our room was right over a pizzeria, and a few nights the young people below enjoyed their pizza and beer (and cigarettes) to the point it was a distraction, but it was also very interesting at the same time. Rome is a very warm city in the summer and the room was quite stifling by the end of the day, but it cooled down overnight. By chance on our last day there, we found that the hotel has a lovely outside terrace, so we enjoyed our evening meal of bread, cheese, and local wine there.
