We were unable to find any reviews of this unique hotel on websites such as Trip Advisor, instead we relied solely on the hotel website and hoped it would meet our expectations. But it was so much better!

Great communication from the hotel before we arrived, transfer from the airport arranged, pleasant staff to greet us on arrival.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, just a few steps from Piazza Navona and yet untouched by the hubbub there.

The room was fabulous and the hotel retained many original features of the building during restoration work. Yet it was able to provide every feature expected from a modern luxury hotel, along with the character missing from most major hotel chains.

The laptop supplied along with free broadband was particularly pleasing to see.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful without being overbearing.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a unique place to stay in Rome.
