Further to the hotel's offer in the site, we have booked a lift from the airport. Our flight arrived on schedule. The appointed driver was not waiting for us. We have called the hotel, and were tolled that he is on his way. After additional 20 minutes we took a driver that was offering his services, and we paid EUR 10.00 less. We stayed in the hotel 4 nights, and during all this period, we did not have reasonable supply of hot water. In one of these days, the room has not been cleaned at all. Even the garbage was not removed. We have booked the "Executive Suite". This suite is smaller than the classic suite which we had two years ago. A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
